Kathy Lewis, LPCC-S
Kathy Lewis is the owner of Groundwork Counseling, LLC and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor in Kentucky. Kathy received her master's degree through Lindsey Wilson College and enjoys working with adolescents, families and adults who have concerns with PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and Relationship Concerns. Kathy has experience ranging from community mental health to residential programs. More about Kathy: Kathy enjoys traveling, painting and spending time with her family, doggies. Kathy also enjoys being out in nature as much as she can! Availability and Insurances/Rates: Kathy accepts self-pay clients and Commercial Insurances.

Jessica Baker, LPCA
Jessica is a 2013 graduate of the University of the Cumberland’s, obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling. Jessica is passionate about advocating for her client’s success. Jessica has experience in working with the developmentally and intellectually delayed population where she has spent a decade as a case manager. Jessica has experience with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma and relationship issues. More about Jessica: Jessica spends most of her time with her family, friends and her two cats. Jessica enjoys reading, comedy, traveling, nature walks, cooking and ATV riding in her spare time. Jessica believes that family is everything and making each day count. One day Jessica hopes to see the world and own a horse! Availability and Insurances/Rates: Jessica Baker, LPCA has a waitlist at this time, but you may inquire about availability. Carina Schroedel, CSW
Carina is a Clinical Social Worker under supervision with 10 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, addiction recovery, and the complexities of simply being human. Her approach blends compassionate, evidence-based therapy with a deep belief in each person’s innate resilience. She draws from motivational and solution-focused practices, while also offering mind-body approaches like mindfulness, gentle yoga, and Reiki to support healing on all levels—mental, emotional, and physical. Alicia McCauley, CSW
Alicia is a Certified Social Worker (CSW) and received her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville in 2021. Alicia is passionate about advocating for children's mental health. She's had past work experience in advocacy work for children that have been physically and sexually abused, as well as, providing therapeutic services in a community mental health setting. She has experience as a CSW working with children, adolescents, and adults. Alicia is also trained in EMDR therapy!! More about Alicia: She enjoys photography, painting, reading, writing, and spending time at home with her boyfriend and their pets. When Alicia isn't at home, you can find her singing (sometimes poorly) or listening to a podcast in her car while she seeks new towns to discover!

Audreanna Osborne
Audreanna is our Targeted Case Manager and is very enthusiastic with helping our clients and our team grow! Here is some more about Audreanna! Audreanna is currently working on her Masters in Counseling Education at Lindsey Wilson. She has two children and two fur-babies. In her free time, Audreanna enjoys being outdoors, going to the movies with her kids, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.

Dakota Lewis
Dakota Lewis has had experience with working in different settings, such as: Computer Technology, Billing and Medical Coding and Customer Service. Dakota is knowledgeable, enjoys learning new things and is open to answering any questions that you, our clients, and ourselves may have. More About Dakota: Dakota Lewis is also from Eastern KY, who enjoys watching NFL football, fishing and spending time with his daughter. In his free time, he enjoys writing and is dedicated to his work and goals.
