Anela is our Marketing Manager/ Administrative Assistant. She assists us in marketing events and spreads the word about who we are on social media and other platforms! You will also see Anela at our Mt. Sterling location, as she assists us with our administrative needs. More About Anela: Anela is a mother of two boys. She is a graduate of Maysville Community and Technical College with an Associates degree in Criminal Justice. She enjoys crafts, reading, playing Call of Duty and spending time with family.

Dakota Lewis has had experience with working in different settings, such as: Computer Technology, Billing and Medical Coding and Customer Service. Dakota is knowledgeable, enjoys learning new things and is open to answering any questions that you, our clients, and ourselves may have. More About Dakota: Dakota Lewis is also from Eastern KY, who enjoys watching NFL football, fishing and spending time with his daughter. In his free time, he enjoys writing and is dedicated to his work and goals. Jessica is a 2013 graduate of the University of the Cumberland’s, obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling. Jessica is passionate about advocating for her client’s success. Jessica has experience in working with the developmentally and intellectually delayed population where she has spent a decade as a case manager. Jessica has experience with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma and relationship issues. More about Jessica: Jessica spends most of her time with her family, friends and her two cats. Jessica enjoys reading, comedy, traveling, nature walks, cooking and ATV riding in her spare time. Jessica believes that family is everything and making each day count. Beth Garner has been a case manager for a year after graduating with a bachelor’s in psychology. Beth understands that sometimes life happens, and things don’t work out the way you had planned. Beth works with people to help them find the support and resources they need to help them get back on their feet. Beth has experience helping people find new jobs, sign up for benefits, and find new places to live. ​​​ More about Beth: Beth is currently attending Eastern Kentucky University in pursuit of a master's degree in mental health counseling. She enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as taking time for reading and crafts. ​ Availability and Insurances/Rates: Beth Garner is currently accepting new clients that meet the criteria for case management services. Kathy Lewis is the owner of Groundwork Counseling, LLC and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor in Kentucky. Kathy received her master's degree through Lindsey Wilson College and enjoys working with adolescents, families and adults who have concerns with PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and Relationship Concerns. Kathy has experience ranging from community mental health to residential programs. More about Kathy: Kathy enjoys traveling, painting and spending time with her family, doggies.
