Welcome to Groundwork Counseling LLC! We are a mental health practice in Kentucky who strives to provide a safe space for others to feel heard and supported.

 

We offer counseling services to adolescents, families, couples, and adults. Our hope is to encourage others by decreasing negative stigmas and normalize talking more about mental health!
