Life as It Grows

Life as It Grows is a teen group for ages 14-16 that is being offered in person at Groundwork Counseling beginning Wednesday, February 5th from 4:15-5:15pm. This group is a safe space for teenagers to socialize, discuss/explore mental health stressors, and learn healthy techniques to manage and/or decrease symptoms related to mental health.
