Join us for a supportive 6-week Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Group, designed to help adults navigate anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm using evidence-based skills.

Led by Carina Schroedel, CSW, this group offers a safe, compassionate space to learn and practice:

Mindfulness, Emotion regulation, Distress tolerance &

Interpersonal effectiveness. 

When: Beginning June 4th, at 1:00- 2:30EST

Where: ​Online or In-Person

Cost: Medicaid Insurances or $55 per 6-week course.

A Gentle Start to Emotional Wellness

Our trauma-informed yoga space, where healing takes center stage. Somatic yoga meets you at your comfort level and provides autonomy, allowing you to explore your practice without physical interaction unless you request assistance. We believe in creating a safe environment that fosters personal growth and self-discovery. Join us on this journey towards healing and empowerment through mindful movement 

When: Beginning June 4th, at 4:00-5:00 EST

Where: In-Person at 1107 Indian Mound Drive, Suite D, Mt. Sterling, Ky

Cost: $10 per session or ​a package of 6 classes for $45.
