What is Individual Counseling?

Individual counseling sessions provide a safe space for individuals to tackle various life challenges alongside a dedicated mental health provider. These one-on-one sessions allow an individual to receive support and growth opportunities while learning to cope with personal struggles such as depression, anxiety, stress, anger, school-related and career-related stressors, and more. Individual Counseling sessions allow clients to explore their feelings, beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. Throughout the Individual Counseling process, the provider and client will work together to form a healthy, trusting, and professional relationship.
