EmpowerHER is a group for adolescent girls, ages 13-17, that is being offered virtually from Groundwork Counseling beginning Thursday, March 6th from 4:00-5:00pm. This group will focus on building healthy habits, self-confidence, and positive wellbeing, specifically, for young females. You can sign up below!
